マンダラアートパネルです。

力を抜いて
リラックスをしながら

握りしめている不要な思い込みがないか
自分を見つめながら

あとはすべて
流れに身をゆだねる

外側の誰かや何かではなく
自分の内側の声に耳を傾ける

そんな思いを
川に流れる花と重ねながら
制作をしました。


流れる水は濁らず常に清らかであること
苦難や災厄を流し去ることから、流水紋は吉祥文様とされてきました。


草花や風景とともに描かれることが多く、
流水に桜は『おめでたいことが続く』
菊は『長寿』など
文様に込められた願いも少しずつ変わってくる柄なので
お調べいただくと、さらにお楽しみいただけるかもしれません。


制作は、イメージに合うマントラソングを流しながら。

サンスクリット語でNarayanayaは水を意味し、
全ての人々に平和と健康、幸福をもたらしてくれる
と言われているマントラです。


流水紋にぴったりのマントラだなと
こちらを選びました。
